1. About Connections Homes / Don’t Go Alone
Connections Homes is a nonprofit organization that helps young adults who have experienced foster care, homelessness, disrupted adoption, chronic poverty, or other relational disruption build safe, lasting, supportive relationships through the Don’t Go Alone model.
Information on this website is provided for general informational, educational, programmatic, and communication purposes.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the website’s operation, security, or availability.

3. Program and Survey Communications
We may use information you provide to communicate with you about Don’t Go Alone programs, mentoring relationships, surveys, program feedback, volunteer involvement, events, resources, and related organizational updates.
Survey participation may be requested to help us evaluate program effectiveness, improve services, fulfill reporting obligations, and better understand the needs and experiences of the young adults, Mentoring Families, affiliates, volunteers, staff, and other participants connected to our work.
Unless otherwise stated, survey participation is voluntary. Choosing not to complete a survey may limit our ability to evaluate certain services or gather feedback, but it will not automatically disqualify you from receiving support unless a separate program requirement is clearly communicated.
4. SMS/Text Message Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from Connections Homes d/b/a Don’t Go Alone, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from us related to Don’t Go Alone programs, surveys, reminders, feedback requests, meetings, events, resources, and other mission-related communications.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not required as a condition of receiving services from Connections Homes or Don’t Go Alone, unless SMS communication is specifically required for a particular optional service and that requirement is clearly disclosed.
We do not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
