In order to receive the full benefits of the tax credit, you must inform the state you intend to give through a pre-approval process. You can begin by requesting pre-approval through your Georgia Tax Center OR Connections Homes can request pre-approval on your behalf.
To have us apply on your behalf, please email kristan.bhandari@connectionshomes.org with the following information:

Corporation or individual address (same used when filing)
Please note: Due to the time of year, Connections Homes cannot guarantee immediate approval from the state. However, we are committed to submitting the required forms expeditiously and will communicate along the way.
Step 2: Give
Once you’ve been pre-approved by the state or sent us the necessary documentation to apply on your behalf, there are two ways you can designate your donation to Connections Homes as part of FSA:
-
Put “FSA” or “Fostering Success Act” in the memo line
-
Please include a note with your donation that includes:
-
Full name or name of business
-
Email address (this allows us to send you the FUND1 form to use for your tax deduction)
-
-
Go to connectionshomes.org/donate
