Our Awards Celebration Day is finally here! Today, in honor of National Aging Out of Foster Care Awareness Day, we are recognizing seven outstanding youth and families from our Don’t Go Alone program. Aged-out foster youth often miss out on treasured memories like homecoming and other opportunities to be celebrated during their childhood. Today, you can help us change that! Throughout the day, celebrate with us as we present awards to seven outstanding youth and families from our Don’t Go Alone program. Please set aside a few minutes today to send your kudos to our youth. Every word of encouragement, every bit of parental guidance, will go a long way! We plan to announce winners at the following times throughout the day: 10 am – Phoenix Award, Noon – Impact Award, 3 pm – Thriving Award, 6 pm – Redemptive Award, 7 pm – Resilience Award, 8 pm Ultimate Courage Award, 9 pm Connection Award.
