Pam Parish – Founder & CEO

I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart, Steve, since 1991. Together we have eight young adult daughters, three sons-in-law, four grandchildren, and 16+ farm/fur babies. Of our eight daughters, seven came into our family through the gift of foster care and adoption and one through the gift of birth.

Connection is important to me because I feel like everyone deserves to have someone in their life who knows their voice, answers their call, and gives them a place to belong and find love.

“For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

Jeni Nitzel – Director of Relationship Management

My husband and I have been married for 27 years and we have six children, two sons and four daughters. Of our six children, three are biological, one came to us through adoption, one through marriage to our oldest son, and one through Connections Homes. Connections Homes has also made us grandparents to a beautiful three-year-old little girl.

Connection is important because it means being seen, heard, and valued.

Davida Allen – Relationship Manager

I am the oldest of three (one brother in GA and one sister and nephew in Chicago). My parents have been married for 35 years and are currently living in Haiti running Bill Winston’s School of Ministry.

Connection is important to me because it’s very important to have people in your life that you can turn to when you need something. It helps you to grow by having someone in your life who cares to invest in you.

“Speak in such a way that others love to listen to you. Listen in such a way that others love to speak to you.”

Kristan Bhandari – Executive Assistant to Pam Parish & Youth Programs Coordinator

I’m married to my husband, Paul, and we have one fur baby named Missy.

Connection is important to me because we can be the best versions of ourselves when we are supported by people we trust. Connection makes that possible.

Erika Joseph – L.E.A.D. Academy Coordinator

I am a daughter of wonderful parents, Kirby & Early Joseph, and I have one sibling – my brother, Myles.

Connection is important to me because through building and establishing connections we are able to generate light and the abundant gift of love.
